SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Beyond The Wardrobe. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

DISPATCH
Orders are processed within 2 days and shipped within 2–3 days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery takes 5–7 days. Expect your order at your doorstep within 7–10 days of ordering.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier partner. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control are not in our hands, but we will always help you track your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- FREE delivery on all prepaid orders.
- FREE delivery on all orders above ₹1,600.
- Any applicable shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

SERVICEABILITY
We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, write to us and we will try to find a way.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, contact us.

WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the courier being unable to reach you, re-shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
