RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Beyond The Wardrobe, every piece is checked before it ships. Because our products are made and stocked in limited runs, we keep a short, clear return window. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order — by purchasing from btwardrobe.com you agree to the terms below.

RETURNS (DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS ONLY)
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, and only for defective or damaged products.

To raise a return:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at btwardrobe25@gmail.com or on +91 74478 88125 (whatsapp only)
2. Share your order number along with clear video proof of the defect or damage. An unboxing video is strongly recommended, as it makes verification instant.
3. Once the damage is verified by our team, we will arrange and process your return.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Well packed in its original packaging
- With all tags intact

Returns without proof of defect, or with removed or tampered tags, are strictly not accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return is verified and picked up, your refund will be issued as a gift card / coupon of equal or higher value, redeemable on btwardrobe.com. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

SIZE EXCHANGES
Size doesn't fit? We offer size exchanges for the same design within 24 hours of delivery, for a flat ₹99 exchange fee.

To raise an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size. The product must be unused, with all tags intact.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Change of mind, dislike of fit or style (other than a size exchange as above)
- Requests raised after the 48-hour return / 24-hour exchange window
- Products that are used, washed, or have removed/tampered tags
- Returns without video proof of defect
- Minor variations in colour due to screen settings or photography lighting

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to help before it ships.
