Can I change or cancel my order?Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a 90% refund. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately with video evidence taken during the shipment opening in front of the delivery person. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we may consider exchanges for damaged items on a case-by-case basis.
